Before I was vegan, I drank a lot of dairy milk. I mean, a lot. When I went vegan, I didn't have a problem with finding plant-based milk, but I also didn't feel like I found any I loved to just drink.

Drinking it and being satisfied with it in my cereal were two different things. (#AD) So, it's always exciting about new plant-based companies and products!

I just found out about The Not Company's (@notcous) NotMilk™. Whether in my daily coffee, overnight oats, or just to enjoy a glass of milk, it definitely passes my test!

You can grab NotMilk™ at Whole Foods in either whole or 2% (I'm a 2%-er!). #NotaDiet #Sponsored

How diverse is your bookshelf? 📖 Decolonizing How diverse is your bookshelf?
📖
Decolonizing your bookshelf is an important step to take to become a more conscious and informed traveler – it helps us to navigate our personal identity and privilege as we explore our world and intersect with histories and systems that extend far beyond our lifetime.
📖
Decolonizing your bookshelf is about asking readers to actively resist colonialist notions within narrative, storytelling, and literature. This includes the tendency to prize and acknowledge certain types of authors and narratives over others. It is about reassessing your entire understanding of the literary canon. This history also means that non-white readers have had to process stories and historical events through a white author’s lens.
